Good morning, Sarah.
Day 84 as a Maintainer
$8,400 protected
4.6 lbs below your line
Strength day. 22 minutes, full body.
However the medication chapter ends
Maybe you reached your goal. Maybe the side effects won. Maybe it stopped making sense. The reason does not change the biology.
Whatever ends it, the appetite comes back on the same schedule and the results are still yours. Ellie is the plan for keeping them, on the medication, on less, or off it.
Why a plan, in three numbers
of lost weight comes back within a year of stopping, on average, without a plan. That is what the extension studies show.
of people who stop maintain or keep losing, in real-world clinic data. Maintainers exist at scale. The difference is structure.
published protocols for coming down off these medications. Prescribers say so themselves. Your plan should not be a comment thread.

How Ellie works
Hold the number, on the medication, on less, or off it.
The After Plan
Week three is when the appetite knocks. You will already know.
A week-by-week timeline from your last dose or your current taper: the water-weight jump, when the food noise peaks, the statistical high-risk windows, and what to do in each phase. Nothing ambushes you.
Your After Plan
Water-weight jump, 2 to 6 lbs. Not fat. Change nothing.
Portions stop self-limiting. Lock the protein floor.
Appetite returns in earnest.
SOS is live. Strength 2 to 3x this week. You knew this week was coming.
The hard zone. Tripwires live.
The regain window. We guard hardest here.
Food Noise SOS
A panic button for the moment the thoughts get loud.
Ten minutes, a protocol, and a chart that shows the noise fading over weeks. It is not willpower you were missing. It is architecture.
What's happening?
Your noise trend, 8 weeks
Quieter than six weeks ago
The line you will not cross
You set it once. Ellie watches the 7-day trend, never a single weigh-in, and catches drift at 4 lbs instead of 20.
Protein and strength floor
The two levers that protect muscle while you hold. Simple daily targets, 20-minute home sessions, no cardio guilt.
Your medication, as it actually is
Standard weekly, stretched, stepped down, or done. Ellie models the level of what you actually take and never suggests a dose.
Bring-to-your-prescriber export
One clean page with your real regimen, trend and plan, so the conversation with your doctor starts from data.

The companion
She remembers, so you don't have to.
Ellie holds the line you drew, the way a hummingbird holds still in the air: it looks effortless and it is not. Log a day and she stays level. Miss a day and she rests. She never scolds, never guilts, and never turns your progress into a game you can lose.

Questions
Asked and answered.
Do I have to be off my medication to use Ellie?
No. Ellie is for holding your number on the medication, on less of it, or off it entirely. Stretching doses with your prescriber, tapering, rationing a final box, or fully done: the plan adapts to what you and your clinician decided.
Which medications does it cover?
Zepbound, Mounjaro, Wegovy, Ozempic, the oral versions, and compounded semaglutide or tirzepatide. Ellie models the level of whatever you actually take.
Does Ellie tell me how to dose?
Never. Ellie records the regimen you and your prescriber chose and never suggests a dose or an interval. It also builds a one-page summary you can hand your doctor, so those decisions happen where they belong.
Is this medical advice?
No. Ellie is an educational companion built on published research, with sources cited in the app. Every medication decision belongs with you and your prescriber.
Is the app available now?
Yes. Ellie is live on the App Store for iPhone, free to download, with a subscription unlocking the full plan. An Android version will follow.
