What to write to us about
Support and account questions
Anything about the app, your subscription, billing, or a bug. Include your device and what you were doing when it happened, and we will get to it faster.
Corrections to the guides
The most useful email you can send us. Name the page and what is inaccurate, ideally with a source. Substantive corrections get noted on the page rather than quietly edited.
Press and interviews
Happy to talk about the off-ramp gap, what the discontinuation research does and does not show, or what the community is actually reporting.
Clinicians and dietitians
If you work in obesity medicine, endocrinology, or nutrition and you want to point out something we have wrong, or discuss reviewing this content, we would genuinely like to hear from you.
What we cannot help with
We cannot answer questions about your own dose, taper, or treatment. Not because we are being cagey, but because we are not clinicians and doing it would be both unsafe and irresponsible. That includes what dose to take, how fast to step down, whether to stop, and whether a medication is right for you. Those belong with the prescriber who knows your history and can see your labs.
If the reason you are writing is that your prescriber has not given you a plan for coming off, that is an extremely common situation and it is the reason this site exists. Start with how to wean off Ozempic, which includes the specific questions to bring to that appointment.
If you need help urgently
We are a small team and email is not the right channel for anything urgent. For a medical emergency, call your local emergency number. For severe symptoms while on or coming off a GLP-1, such as unrelenting abdominal pain, persistent vomiting, or signs of dehydration, contact your prescriber or an urgent care service rather than waiting on us.
If you are struggling with eating behaviour, thoughts of self-harm, or a mental health crisis, please reach a qualified service in your country. In the US you can call or text 988 for the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline. That is genuinely more useful than anything we can send back.
